IS3R Emerging Leaders Club

In 2013, the Society established the Young Leaders Club to support young and talented individuals who have already demonstrated outstanding leadership potential, high-quality scientific work, departmental management or service to professional organizations. In 2020, the Young Leaders Club was renamed to Emerging Leaders Club.

For each club member, two mentors are appointed and a targeted mentoring program is provided. The duration of membership in the Emerging Leaders Club is five years.
